December and January's Regional Treat: Polenta

Purveyed by our friends at Bar Marco, we are happy to provide warm polenta for those chilly December days.  Originating from Central and Northern Italy, Polenta is a porridge of boiled cornmeal that is allowed to cool into a loaf. Our polenta is topped with a handmade meat ragu for a surely savory snack.
