March 18th Coffee Cupping!

Have you ever wondered how coffee roasters come up with their crazy flavor descriptions? Ganache? Marmalade? Lemons? What??

Cupping is a standardized, yet basic exercise in tasting and comparing coffees. Coffee professionals worldwide use the same “cupping” method to taste and grade coffees in order to award a purchasing value.

On March 18th, starting at 2pm, Adda will be hosting a free cupping event in a much more relaxed and fun atmosphere. We will use the standard cupping protocol to taste, compare, and highlight different coffees from our supplier, Verve, as well as a few local guest coffees. We hope to see you there!
